Mag Aerospace Industries is the leading independent provider of manned/unmanned full spectrum outsourced ISR services in the world. The company was formed in 2009 by founder Joe Fluet who intended the company to focus on specialty aviation to federal, international, civilian, and commercial customers around the world. In 2010, Mag began their first operations and in 2011, they landed their first ISR manned contract along with the purchase of their first platforms. They’ve partnered with Clairvest and made a minority investment in the company, began a multi-year investment in BD infrastructure, and landed their first unmanned contract.. This year in 2019 Mag Canada successfully completed the Hinton test grid located in Northwestern Alberta. On August 19th, 2019 Mag Aerospace acquired Time Saver Aviation, LLC. Now Time Saver will be responsible for maintaining MAG’s fixed wing aircraft. As of this year MAG Aerospace continues to help the US military fight the Taliban in Afghanistan as part of the task Force ODIN under the Army's Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (MARSS) program.
